The desperate, unhinged Far-Left establishment is throwing another massive temper tantrum.
On Thursday, the retiring Tennessee lawmaker filed 26 articles of impeachment against President Trump, the largest single dump of impeachment charges ever hurled at a sitting American president.
Cohen called Trump “the most impeachable President our country has ever endured” and labeled the Republican House majority “sycophantic” and “derelict.”
“Trump is clearly the most impeachable President our country has ever endured. His continued presence in office is a danger to our democracy,” Cohen said in a statement.
“That the sycophantic Republican majority in Congress is derelict in its duty does not mean that I must abandon my responsibilities. I took an independent oath to support and defend the Constitution. That commitment compels me to introduce this resolution today. When historians write about this period, and our constituents ask who stood up to President Trump’s lawlessness, this resolution is the answer.”
The House is still in Republican hands. Cohen himself admitted the resolution is going nowhere in this Congress. He is writing a wish list for a future Democrat majority and calling it statesmanship.
The proposed charges cover an enormous range of administrative actions.
Cohen accuses Trump of waging war on Iran without congressional approval, ordering alleged extrajudicial killings in international waters near Venezuela, and personally profiting from the presidency in violation of the Constitution’s emoluments clauses.
The filing also targets immigration policies, the birthright citizenship executive order, tariffs, military deployments in U.S. cities, and restrictions on White House press access, according to Cohen’s office.
“I sincerely believe that the 120th Congress will better live up to its duties as co-equal branch of government and a check on the executive. I hope this resolution paves the way to accountability. We cannot tolerate this kind lawlessness and corruption,” he added.

Cohen dropped his pile just nine days after the House crushed a separate impeachment effort from fellow outgoing Democrat Rep. Al Green of Texas.
According to Fox News, the House voted 232-147 to table Green’s resolution, with 18 Democrats joining Republicans to kill it and Democratic leaders Hakeem Jeffries, Katherine Clark, and Pete Aguilar voting “present.” Green’s latest bid targeted Trump’s immigration crackdown. Cohen’s version is Green’s failure, inflated to 26 counts.
