Because nothing will save Perrottet

EDITORIAL – NSW Premier Dominic Perrottet is now beholden to the activists of the Liberal Left. He didn’t need to be.

If he looked to NSW voters, rather than to Matt Kean and his Star Wars bar mates, he could have been a great leader.

Perrottet willingly became a Leftist puppet. Even if he realises this truth over the Christmas break – he is incapable of rescue. He will lose office, resoundingly, come March.
Politicom

Instead, he became a puppet. And, even if he somehow realises this truth over the Christmas break – he is incapable of rescue. He will lose office come March.

No one trusts him. You see, he has built his career saying what is right and then doing the opposite.

Quite simply, he is more dangerous than his political counterparts.

TRUST

Will he change? Probably not. But even if he says he will, no one will believe him.

Even Julia Gillard was given a chance when she realised she was in the process of destroying her Prime Ministership during the 2010 federal election campaign.

She paused, apologised and promised to show the “real” Julia. And somehow won.

Perrottet doesn’t have that luxury. Liberal members already know the “real” Dominic.

We knew he was an honest, Christian father of a large family.

What we didn’t know, is that he’d sell out our values for personal power.

And his continued subservience to the despicable Leftist Matt Kean has given him no room to apologise – nor beg forgiveness.PC

  1. Sadly, we likely need to purge these LINOs out of power as what could be worse than Matt Kean and any idiot tolerating treachery in Australia and its previous way of life. This totalitarian Photios agent needs to be in jail, not in power.

  2. The only good to come out of the election, Green Socialist Kean will be gone, hopefully we can start rebuilding a true Conservative Party.

  3. Perhaps the only way to repair the Liberal Party will be to see it in opposition next March! Sadly, our leader is too naive, or dare I say it, stupid, to realise that the ghastly, lefty, lamentable Kean, is just waiting the moment to stick the knife in his back!!!!!! Kean needs to go!
Plus one of the best and publicly liked ministers, David Elliott, not being found a winnable seat, after his was abolished recently, and the hard working MP for Holsworthy, Melanie Gibbons, being rolled by an unknown irrelevant local Mayors wife makes it time for a major clean-out of the party and getting rid of these mongrel factional “bosses”. 58 years of voting, but this will be my first time to vote elsewhere in March. Yes, I happily voted 1 Mark Latham in the Upper House last time. I couldn’t stand the ghastly Arts Monster; who has now been shown the door :))

  4. After ousting the Armenian Assassin he should have removed Hazzard, Chant and Kean, and told the truth about the Scam Demic and been what he says he is? A man of faith and conviction. The public asset sell off continues, the tolls in private hands, energy being hijacked, attacking The Unions over his own Transport Ministers Incompetence (who was Police Minister ) that trended the Police into NAZI Stormtroopers of death against its own people over a flu whilst BLM, Climate Alarmists and others have been allowed to run free in the streets and rape us all. Be careful NSW as Minns is no better as he backed the sacking of unvaccinated workers, and even thinks draining dams will ease flooding??? LNP has been a Corporation and the ALP = CCP. Where is Gladys Now? Working for Optus and even has a book written about her (by a Feminazi) Championing Her as a saviour! One Nation Or NO Nation people.

  5. “We knew he was an honest, Christian […]”

He is *NOT* a Christian, he is a catholic.

If you had done your theology homework you would know that there is a big difference.

    1. Same thing. I am Catholic and we are the first Christians. He does not practice what he preaches.

      1. “[…] we are the first Christians”

No, you are not. Like many Catholics, you are ignorant of both Catholic doctrine and Christian truth, which are at odds with each other. Even a cursory examination shows this to be true; the problem is that most Catholics simply believe what they are told, and never study for themselves.

        1. Birds in the same nest should not peck each other’s eyes. Leave the truth alone. Thank the Catholic Church that we have the Bible to guide us.

    2. You are obviously anti-Catholic, apart from being ignorant.
What book do you read from that says a Catholic is not a Christian and should be burnt.
However, I doubt you read it from any book as it is a misnomer.
Makes me wonder if you can read at all?

      1. Hi Kaye….ouch, can I suggest you read Ron Rhodes excellent works on this topic….he is the academic gold standard on this topic….he covers the history of all this and goes through ways in which this topic is best addressed. Google ministering to Catholics from the Scriptures Ron Rhodes. Morrie, this email from Kaye is a good example of why I suggested taking the Rhodes approach contra the full frontal.

      2. “You are obviously anti-Catholic, apart from being ignorant.”

You are obviously anti-Christian, apart from being ignorant.

“What book do you read from that says a Catholic is not a Christian […]”

It’s called the Bible (you may have heard of it).

    3. Hi Morrie, I know you meant well with this post, but as a degree qualified Christian apologist, I would like to suggest that this is best handled as an intra mural issue. Ron Rhodes has excellent books on this …his classic is ministering to Catholics from the scriptures which lays out the history of all this as well. BTW, I’m not disagreeing with your point but from experience this a complex and nuanced discussion as per Rhodes advice who has spent his life addressing these issues with thousands of people. Cheers Brother

      1. Cheers Chris,

I’ve already posted twice more, but I’ll leave it at that.

I would suggest that authors of articles on this site would be well advised to refrain from playing with religious cards, given the fact that none of them understand which suit is which. I don’t think anyone in Australia is interested in seeing a quasi-theocracy established here, and we don’t need to know about an MP’s standing before God, but rather the way said standing is expressed in their conduct, discourse, and decision making (as it has been said, “You shall know them by their fruits”).

  6. Well may we say “God save the Queen”, because nothing will save the Governor-General! – Brilliant.
