The laptop notoriously reveals that the Biden family had long been involved in the sale of access and influence into the highest levels in Washington to numerous foreign oligarchs, including those linked to Moscow and Beijing.

At no time did they deny Hunter owned the laptop or claim it had been hacked. But social media, including Twitter, suppressed comment on the laptop, posting warnings it was “unsafe”, while a team of “intelligence” toadies predictably wheeled out that tired old canard, that it was all Russian disinformation.

For no more than mentioning reports about the laptop, they even closed down the account of Donald Trump’s White House press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany, just weeks before the election. Actor James Woods had tweets removed by Twitter at the request of the Democratic National Committee.

Discussing the first tranche of recently released highly compromising emails showing Twitter employees struggling among themselves on how to justify the suppression of tweets concerning the laptop, leading broadcaster Ben Ferguson asked Cruz “Is this almost like a conspiracy to commit fraud?”

Cruz replied: “I agree with every word you say. Except ‘almost’.”

It was, he said, a conspiracy to defraud the American people, to defraud the American voters and to defraud democracy itself.

To use Donald Trump’s preferred term, he added, “This is evidence of rigging an election”.

Until Elon Musk acted, it was still possible to pretend that Twitter and other social media were still checking on whether there was disinformation.

But as Ted Cruz says, we now have clear evidence of the rigging of the 2020 election in the sense of Big Tech billionaires, at the behest of one of the two major political Parties, censoring and blocking reporting about crucial facts. Polling indicated that had these facts had been known, this would have changed the way many people voted in 2020.

Cruz says this is how dictators behave. He points out that the Communist Chinese, at this very time, are stopping protesters from communicating in the same way that Twitter did at the behest of the Biden campaign.

SCRUTINEERS

The 2020 election was rigged on several levels. This was not only the outright fraud which we saw on television when the scrutineers were blocked from seeing the counting or sent home so that the counting could continue in their absence. Why does the media echo chamber forget that many Australians actually saw all this and remember this?

In addition, those who are interested would know of and may have even read the case brought by the Texan Attorney General and supported by 18 States arguing persuasively that certain crucial changes to State voting rules were unconstitutional.

With Elon Musk’s releases there is now overwhelming evidence of a third level of electoral malpractice where social media were used to suppress news at the time of the election, the impact of which would have been disastrous to the Biden camp.

Yet you will still see in the vast Australian echo chamber of the corrupt US mainstream media, a media which acts as the propaganda arm of the Democratic Party, the standard “report” that Donald Trump “falsely” claims the election was rigged.

The question is, is this actionable by, for example, actor James Woods who says Twitter destroyed his career?

As Senator Cruz explains, the First Amendment, which protects free speech, can only restrain government, originally only the federal government. Now, he says, there is evidence of Twitter and presumably other social media acting as agents for government including the FBI and other parts of the bureaucracy.

Not only will individuals seek satisfaction, the actions of government and social media will be aired in proceedings which will expose what really happened.

What is indisputable now is that Donald Trump was right. The election was rigged.

America, the leader of the free world, has to correct this. It is time for the American mainstream media to reform or to sink in disgrace, and for the Australian echo chamber to give up maintaining the line that there is no question whatsoever that 2020 election could have been rigged.
