Former Hunter Biden business partner Devon Archer has received a full pardon from President Donald Trump
In 2018, Hunter Biden’s former Rosemont Seneca business partner Devon Archer was convicted on securities fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud charges related to defrauding a Native American tribe by issuing more than $60 million in bonds, which was then used for “personal purposes, such as funding personal business ventures and buying jewelry, luxury cars and a new home,” according to court documents.
Archer and Jason Galanis sought to defraud the Wakpamni Lake Community Corp., the business faction of the Oglala Sioux Tripe of South Dakota’s Wakpamni Lake Community. While this particular incident did not involve Biden, it did result in a 14-year sentence for Galanis and a one-year sentence for Archer. Additionally, Archer was ordered to forfeit $15.7 million and pay $43.4 million in restitution.
Quickly following the jury’s guilty verdict handed down to Archer, the judge vacated the decision and issued a 62-page ruling, exonerating Archer. However, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated the conviction. From there, the US Supreme Court declined to take up Archer’s appeal and the appellate ruling held.
Archer was yet to serve his one-year one-day sentence after Judge Ronnie Abrams vacated the sentence due to a sentencing guidelines calculation error and instead ordered a hearing to re-sentence Biden’s former business partner.
But that will no longer be necessary.
Today, President Trump signed a pardon for Devon Archer. “Many people have asked me to do this. I think he was treated very unfairly. And I looked at the records, studied the records, and he was,” said President Trump. “He was the victim of a crime as far as I’m concerned. So we’re going to undo that.”

Devon Archer joined Jesse Watters on FOX News last night to discuss how the pardon came about and the circumstances behind it. Archer told Jesse Watters he believed he was “collateral damage” and believes he was targeted as the fall-guy for the Biden crime family after he came out alleging that they were selling the “Biden brand.”
Archer told Watters that Joe Biden told him, “You do a favor for me, you’re a friend. You do a favor for my son, you’re a friend for life.”

Archer, among many other issues, was directly tied to a deal between Sally Painter and Blue Star Strategies, Rosemont Seneca, and Vadym Pozharskyi of Burisma. In this deal, Pozharskyi was demanding a “list of deliverables, including, but not limited to: a concrete course of actions, incl. meetings/communications resulting in high-ranking US officials in Ukraine (US Ambassador) and in US publicly or in private communication/comment expressing ‘positive opinion’ and support of Nikolay/Burisma to the highest level of decision makers here in Ukraine…”
This ultimately led to Joe Biden’s infamous “son-of-a-bitch was fired” meeting with Ukrainian officials a month following the email.
