Scott Presler warned Bucks County officials of the consequences of their actions during the Commissioners’ meeting

Scott Presler, the grassroots dynamo behind the Republican voter registration surge in Pennsylvania, delivered a searing critique of the county’s commissioners, accusing them of election misconduct and promising sweeping change in the years to come.

Presler, the founder of Early Vote Action, has been a relentless advocate for election integrity and Republican voter mobilization.

His efforts, which began in earnest earlier this year, have culminated in a historic achievement: flipping Bucks County from Democrat to Republican control for the first time in modern history.

On Wednesday, patriots in Bucks County flooded the commissioners’ meeting, demanding the immediate resignation of members accused of enabling election fraud to steal the Senate seat for Bob Casey and the Democrats.

Speaking directly to Bucks County’s corrupt leadership, Presler highlighted the challenges faced by voters in Bucks County, particularly incidents of voter disenfranchisement during early in-person voting.

He credited the Republican National Committee (RNC) and Co-Chair Lara Trump for their legal action that ensured extended voting hours.

“Bucks County has been in the news a lot this year. Earlier, we flipped Bucks County from blue to red, and for the first time in modern history, there are more registered Republicans than Democrats here in this county.

Number two, voters were disenfranchised in this county. In fact, I want to thank Chairman Michael Watley of the RNC and Co-Chair Lara Trump for suing to make sure that we had three additional days of early in-person voting.

Voters waiting in line to do in-person, on-demand mail-in voting were told that they couldn’t vote until five o’clock, and the line was cut off. So, thank you to the Republican Party for suing Bucks County and fighting for election integrity.”

For context, the Trump-Vance campaign and RNC have filed a lawsuit against Bucks County, Pennsylvania, accusing county election officials of obstructing GOP voters from participating in on-demand mail-in voting.

One MAGA warrior reported an incident at the Upper Bucks Government Service Center polling location in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, where the voting line abruptly closed nearly three hours ahead of the scheduled closing time.

Presler’s ire was particularly directed at corrupt Commissioner Diane Marseglia, who openly bragged about violating the law and counting illegal ballots.

Presler warned Marseglia that MAGA patriots are coming for your seat in 2027.

Just told democrat Commissioner Diane Marseglia to her face

that we are — peacefully — coming after her seat in 2027.

Video incoming.

“Now, here before us, it’s on the world stage that we have a commissioner, Diane Marsiglia, who said, ‘Precedent by a court doesn’t matter anymore in this country. People violate laws anytime they want. If I violate this law, it’s because I want a court to pay attention to it.’

Well, Commissioner, the court already ruled that undated and misdated mail-in ballots could not be counted. You knew that going into the meeting.

[…]

I have a message: Peacefully, we are coming for your seat in 2027. If you don’t resign today, I am coming for your seat—peacefully. And Commissioner Harvey, this goes for you too. You are complicit.

Mark Alias and his cronies must be disbarred from practicing law in Pennsylvania for the misconduct they committed. I want you to know that I am going to spend all of my time in Bucks County for the next three years, making sure that we take back this county.”
