Trump inches closer to re-election

A PENNSYLVANIA judge yesterday effectively handed the State’s electoral college to Republicans after ruling the November 3 election unconstitutional.

In related breaking news, thousands of Wisconsin mail-in ballots have been challenged – many displaying the same signature – placing at risk Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s 20,000 vote lead in that State.

Commonwealth Court Judge Patricia McCullough ruled that mail-in voting methods enacted for the 2020 election violated Pennsylvania’s constitution.

The Republicans “appear to have established a likelihood to succeed on the merits because petitioners have asserted the Constitution does not provide a mechanism for the legislature to allow for expansion of absentee voting without a constitutional amendment,” she wrote.

The case was filed independently of the Trump campaign’s legal efforts and is expected to be escalated to Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court, according to Bloomberg News.

The ruling effectively halts the certification of the presidential ballot and, with it, the allocation of Pennsylvania’s 20 electoral college votes to Joe Biden.

Election pundits have called the decision a game changer that could see multiple States follow suit.

“If Pennsylvania falls to Trump, every single contested State will fall in line as well,” according to social media election commentator Dr Steve Turley.

“That includes Arizona and Nevada, which are such a mess – particularly Clark County which is crying out for an investigation.”

Dr Turley said the Pennsylvania judge believed the lawsuit that was filed had clear merit and would be upheld by the US Supreme Court.

“She has effectively given the Republican legislature in Pennsylvania the power to choose [electoral college] electors.

“This is a bombshell. She has ruled that vote certification is under no circumstances to continue, that the plaintiffs’ case has merit and that they would win under constitutional grounds.”

Dr Turley said the Pennsylvania constitution was strict in terms of who was allowed to vote by mail-in ballot or absentee ballot.

“As I understand it, there are basically only four qualifications that legitimately allow a person to access mail-in ballots,” he said.

“But they allowed ballots to be sent out to everyone and anyone for whatever reason and the problem is that no-one has the right to change the State constitution on a whim.

“If you want to do that, fine, but you have to change the State constitution. The secretary of state, the Pennsylvania legislature, the governor, no-one has the right to just willy-nilly change what is absolutely rock solid and clear in the Pennsylvania State constitution.

“Right now the Trump campaign is smelling blood. They are looking at all the State constitutions in the contested States and they’re ready to shift their argument to what was just argued in this case.”

In the meantime, unverified reports are filtering onto social media sites that as many as 80,000 mail-in ballots in Wisconsin may be invalid.

The discrepancy was discovered in Dane County after the Trump campaign paid US$3m for a recount.

According to news site The Gateway Pundit, more than 2000 fraudulent votes were discovered last Friday alone – all carrying the same “MLW” signature.

The votes were supposedly cast by “indefinitely confined” people and were allegedly all for Joe Biden.PC

  1. Of course the States’ Constitutions ARE NOT ABLE TO BE BY-PASSED to enable large-scale fraud!

COME ON AMERICA, GET REAL, STAND FOR TRUTH AND JUSTICE!

There is no way that decrepit ghost could ever have won legally!

Biden was never in the running and so they planned outright corruption of the system for months, so psychotic and dangerous had their brains become!
