On Tuesday night Trump supporters were deflated with the shocking results of the 2026 midterm election.
President Trump and Republicans were able to increase their totals from the previous midterm but were trounced across the nation by an overwhelming tsunami of Democrat votes.

Earlier TGP reported on squishy James Talarico’s weirdly impossible numbers. The pro-trans kids Texas candidate may have been missing for two weeks during the end of the campaign but that didn’t stop him from winning in a landslide against Republican stalwart Ken Paxton.
In fact, weirdo Talarico won more Democrat votes than ALL Democrat Texas candidates since 2016, including three Democrat presidential campaigns!
How is that possible?
A state that President Trump won handily in 2024 – just two years ago – with a 14% victory over Kamala Harris!
And just two years later – Democrats win a US Senate seat in the Lone Star state by 12 percentage points!
HOW can that happen in a state that Trump won by 14 points! That’s a 26 point swing… In TWO YEARS!
