Conservative Activist Mike Davis Outlines What’s at Stake for the U.S. Supreme Court if Democrats Win (VIDEO)

Conservative activist Mike Davis recently appeared on FOX News and sounded the alarm about what a Democrat win in the midterms, or even worse in 2028, would mean for the U.S. Supreme Court.

Davis reminded the audience that there are currently four SCOTUS justices in their 70s. Do people really want them replaced by Democrats?

Democrats have been very clear about their intentions for the court. They want to pack it with progressive activists.

Mike, let’s start with you. Now, so Democrats are clothing this in their altruistic crusade to, quote, reform the court, saying that the court has, quote, lost its legitimacy. What’s the truth here?

MIKE DAVIS, FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT, ARTICLE III PROJECT: What the truth is that President Trump transforms the Supreme Court to the first constitutionalist majority in 90 years, and so Democrats want to destroy the Supreme Court as our last line of defense, and they want to destroy it by packing it. Right? They want to pack it with Left-wing radicals who are going to take away our God-given rights to speak, to worship, to associate, to protect ourselves, and that is the choice for this midterm elections.

Do you want President Trump picking Supreme Court justices? We have four justices in their 70s. Do you want President Trump picking Supreme Court justices who will follow the Constitution, or do you want Democrats blocking them and then packing the Supreme Court with Left-wing radicals who will destroy the Constitution.
