DIFFICULT
Attempts to make sense of the modern political system are increasingly difficult.
The barbarians are, indeed, at the gate. Their collaborators are already inside the building.
Immigrants, upon arriving on our shores, no longer bother to hide their intent. Just as their domestic first world protectors no longer bother to hide their intent. A shared intent.
The ruling elites of former colonial States have joined this war, a war on their own people.
The voters have, in their great idiocy, elected their puppets.
They simply don’t know why they’re protesting on the streets, other than due to recidivist iconoclasm. Permanent revolution. Pure nihilism. They’re still protesting.
Even after they have won every prize in the modern world. Socialism for all, open borders, fallen institutions, they just won’t take yes for an answer.

The gang rapes continue, now, as then, under the radar and beyond the gaze of the ruling classes.

Muslim mayors run many UK cities. They are voted in by majority immigrant electorates.

Motives for the (alleged) crime are extremely murky. They range from mistaken identity to the bloke being a few sandwiches short of the full picnic, to possible angry Leftism.
It is the reactions even more than the (alleged) attack that reinforce the poverty of what remains of our political culture.
While Helen Haines seeks to recover, still in a serious condition and without her legs, every man and his dog has been out there making political capital from it. It goes in every direction.
The increasingly beyond-embarrassing Albo had his dirt file.
Obviously, everyone now realises that low-rent Albo couldn’t lie straight in bed, lacks even the very basic sense of moral behaviour that defines us as humans, and seems to believe that he can literally do anything and escape opprobrium. And keep his job.
The Left has come out swinging, salivating at the chance to score points and, along the way, finding yet another spurious reason for having a new Online Safety Act.
That didn’t take long. When in doubt, blame social media for the political hatred abroad.
