Radical gender guru offers Pope moral advice

THE former education minister who pushed radical gender theory onto young children has cast judgement on the Catholic Church calling the Pope’s own actions “diabolical”.

Former NSW National Party MP Adrian Piccoli shared his views on ABC-TV after Cardinal George Pell was released from prison on April 7. Pell had his sexual assault convictions overturned by the High Court.

In its 7-0 decision, the High Court said there was “a significant possibility an innocent person has been convicted”.

“The evidence,” the court said, “did not establish guilt to the requisite standard of proof.”

Piccoli was responsible for the inappropriately named “Safe Schools” program being introduced into NSW schools, which encouraged gender fluidity and other radical sexual concepts.

SUFFER

The Pope’s tweet.

After the court’s decision, Pope Francis wrote on social media: “Let us pray together for all those persons who suffer due to an unjust sentence”. The Pope didn’t name Cardinal Pell, but many made a connection.

Including Piccoli.

“The Catholic Church talks a lot about grace and if the Pope could exercise an ounce of grace that witness J exercised in his response to the High Court’s decision, I think the Catholic Church would be in a lot better place,” he said.

Piccoli’s bizarre response seems to have been pre-prepared on the assumption the High Court would keep Pell locked up. Despite the opposite occurring, he said it anyway.

“They really haven’t learnt anything in 2000 years, certainly not about public relations. I mean it’s such a crisis for the Catholic Church,” Piccoli continued.

DIABOLICAL

“As a Catholic myself, I mean they have just done so much damage to people’s faith. And actually, so much damage to the actual teachings of Jesus, the very foundation of the Church.

“It has been the actions of individuals but as much, the response has been the problem and then you get something like this, the response from the Pope is just diabolical.

“They’ve just not learned anything about what’s at the heart of this crisis.”

The ABC panel lapped it up and, seemingly to ensure his appearance fees keep coming, Piccoli finished with a flourish.

“But I tell you what,” he said, “the Catholic Church from the Pope down has a lot to learn from witness J.”PC
