Until now, the public had to rely on lies told by the mainstream media to understand why the windows were covered at the TCF Center in Detroit on the day after the November 2020 election.
After more than 100 volunteers carefully reviewed nearly one million documents from Detroit’s November 2020 election—documents obtained through a FOIA lawsuit filed by New Jersey citizen Yehuda Miller—we are now prepared to announce one of our investigation’s most significant findings.
Democrat poll challenger David Burcar covered the windows at the TCF Center to keep GOP poll challengers from watching the process. Jocelyn Benson appears to know David.
FIVE YEARS AGO, WHAT APPEARS TO BE A WELL-ORGANIZED PLOT UNFOLDED IN DETROIT
Daniel Baxter, Detroit’s top election official, made a general announcement to the room, suggesting it was a good time to take a break as election workers sorted through “military” ballots.

Republicans had a room on another floor where food, snacks, and tables and chairs were available. Democrat poll challengers and outside agitators somehow knew to stay in the room. They had already commandeered the only available tables and chairs in the counting room. Their pizza boxes were later used to block the view of Republican poll challengers.
Republican poll challengers were locked out of the room where an almost exclusively Democratic paid election workforce counted 170K+ absentee ballots from the November 2020 election. COVID, they said.
Democrat poll challengers and election workers began covering the windows with a stack of large sheets of white cardboard. Much like the stacks of strategically placed bricks appeared in cities around America during Obama’s race riots, the cardboard and tape just happened to be at the front of the room, ready to cover the only windows into the counting room.
WHO COVERED THE WINDOWS?—AND WHY DID JOCELYN BENSON LIE ABOUT IT?
Michigan’s top election official, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, appeared on Michigan’s top-rated radio show two days after the election and blatantly lied about who covered the windows and why, telling the popular, now-deceased WJR radio host Frank Beckmann. “We welcome transparency,” the nation’s most non-transparent secretary of state exclaimed. And then, she dropped a lie so easy to fact-check that if Detroit had a single honest news outlet, it would have been all over the news the next day: “The windows were being covered by the [Detroit] Police” because “they were being broken.” Benson said. Smiling at the camera, while acting like a common thug, Benson mocked GOP poll challengers for not fully understanding what they’re up against when they attempt to observe the vote in Detroit: “I’ll just say that if they thought they were going to stop anyone or intimidate anyone inside, then they don’t know Detroit,” Benson told a local TV news station.

Remember when the former Southern Poverty Law Center board member, @JocelynBenson, questioned if poll workers who were LOCKED OUT were “STAGING” the protest? Did she ask the question because she was used to paying for “STAGED” protests to raise money?
Detroit Police NEVER covered the windows.
No windows were broken.
Detroit Election workers and outside leftist agitators taunted, bullied, and threatened poll challengers. The violence and threats were ONLY coming from Democrats that day. I was there. I witnessed it.

Jocelyn Benson not only lied about “Detroit Police” covering the windows, but we believe she also knew exactly who covered the windows. I received several tips from individuals who know David Burcar, the union guy in the grey T-shirt who initiated the window covering. Burcar was far from an “election official.” In fact, while Republican poll challengers wore oversized identification badges on lanyards, Democrats only had to wear a small lime-green sticker somewhere on their clothing. Thanks to a video I shared on “X,” I also identified Burcar as a Democratic poll challenger by zooming in on him covering the windows and making vile gestures at the Republican poll challengers with his mouth.
Curiously, David Burcar’s Facebook page shows photos of him with Jocelyn Benson, Michigan’s top election official, who lied about who covered the windows. Are the guy who covered the windows and Jocelyn Benson friends? It sure looks like it in this photo posted to Burcar’s Facebook page.

And then came the count of the “military ballots.”

One election official looked up the voter to see if they were in the QVF or Qualified Voter Files. If the voter wasn’t found in the QVF, the election worker looked them up in the Supplemental poll book (used to record same-day registrants). If the voter wasn’t found in either poll book, the election worker entered a registration date of 1-1-1900 to override the system and automatically register them to vote. Previously, poll challengers were told election workers entered a birth date to override the system and allow them to process ballots for “military voters” who couldn’t be found in the qualified voter files, but we have since discovered it was, instead, a registration date. Several GOP poll challengers testified that they saw this happen at counting boards across the room.
Once the voter was “entered” into the system, one of the workers would hold up the ballot (which, in my case, looked like a ballot on a piece of fax paper) and read off the name of each candidate the “voter” chose, and the other election worker would fill out a new ballot that could be put through the tabulator, since the “military” ballots were not on official paper.
Most GOP poll challengers reported on affidavits that the “military” voters they watched being processed voted either straight-ticket Democratic Party or for Joe Biden. Typically, military voters vote Republican. According to Pew Research, in the 2024 election, about 61% of veteran registered voters supported Trump (vs. 37% for Harris). Similar margins appeared in 2020 (~60% Trump) and 2016 (~61% Trump).

Based on the Detroit 2020 Election Inspection team’s stunning findings, there was fewer than one “military” ballot counted at each table (according to documents we received from the City of Detroit and the QVF supplied by the Michigan Secretary of State’s office)
Here is the BOMBSHELL evidence we uncovered:
Only 746 UOCAVA ballots were cast in the November 2020 election.
Of that number, only 132 “MILITARY” UOCAVA Overseas ballots were cast.
616 CIVILIAN UOCAVA Overseas ballots were cast.
Only 125 have accompanying envelopes
24 of the 125 absentee envelopes were sent to Detroit addresses, not overseas.
So, if there were only 132 “military” ballots, where did the thousands of ballots in the postal trays election officials called “military” ballots come from?
Here is an example of one of the 125 UOCAVA ballots (red print vs. black print) from the City of Detroit FOIA lawsuit. There appear to be 3 different ballot #’s attached to the voter (outlined in blue). The address, which is an iconic office building in Detroit and NOT a residential building, is also outlined in blue. In any serious election, excluding Michigan, whose elections under Jocelyn Benson are anything but serious, an address for an “overseas” voter that reads APT# 111-259 would be disqualified.
The “overseas” voter has no forwarding address on his envelope. If this is truly an “overseas voter,” why is his ballot going to a Detroit address? This is one of 24 UOCAVA envelopes being sent to Detroit.
Is the FVAP (Federal Voting Assistance Program) allowing “overseas” voters to vote at a domestic address with no forwarding overseas address?
Did you know that when a “voter” registers on the FVAP website, they can skip the section that asks them to prove their identity if they don’t have a license or Social Security number?
It almost seems too good to be true. If someone wanted to vote in Detroit without proof of identity, wouldn’t registering to vote UOCAVA and then voting from an office building be a great way to avoid getting caught?
There is a UPS inside the Buhl Building at 535 Griswold St. in Detroit, but Michigan election law doesn’t allow voters to vote from a UPS location. So, if this isn’t a residence, how are voters getting ballots sent there, and who filled out and returned the ballot for this “overseas” voter?
And what about these voters who are all registered to vote at the same address?
And here’s another UOCAVA voter who, according to her voting record, is a regular voter. She also has no overseas address, yet is registered to vote as an “Overseas Civilian” at this 535 Griswold St address:
Here’s another example of a “UOCAVA” ballot envelope. This “voter’s”history shows he has only voted in one election, November 2020, and disappears after that.
As a longtime poll challenger who has worked multiple elections and trained other challengers to identify issues and properly raise objections, and as someone who actually went through the training to become an election worker in Detroit, coupled with the fact that I’m an investigative reporter who pays close attention to detail, I am confident in claiming we have opened the door to a major scheme to inject last-minute votes into the vote total on the day after the election. I have uncovered some of the most important voter fraud stories in Michigan, including the statewide GBI Strategies fraudulent voter registration scheme funded by Senator Gary Peters and Joe Biden in the 2020 election and hidden from the public, including clerks, and from Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson and Attorney General Dana Nessel.
Our team of investigators is formally calling on the FBI and DOJ to investigate what we believe was an organized scheme to affect the outcome of the election by removing as many Republican poll challengers from the room as possible while the “military” ballots were being processed.
WHERE DID THESE BALLOTS COME FROM AND WHY WERE THEY BEING CALLED “MILITARY BALLOTS?”
Yehuda Miller, a New Jersey citizen, won a FOIA lawsuit last year that compelled the City of Detroit to turn over nearly one million documents from the 2020 election. With access to those records through Phani Mantravadi’s Check My Vote site, more than 100 volunteers reviewed the November and December 2020 voter rolls and entered data from over 155,000 absentee ballot envelopes, allowing them to identify how many “military ballots” were processed in the November election.
Where did the rest of the ballots come from? Why were outside agitators constantly berating us for “challenging military ballots” that were not found in the QVF or the updated Supplemental poll books?

Republican poll challenger Hima Kolingareddy exposed the intimidation and harassment she faced at the hands of Democrat poll challengers and outside agitators working with the Democrats to threaten Republicans.

For years, I have been documenting how UOCAVA (Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act) loopholes have been exploited in Detroit to facilitate mass absentee ballot fraud. Overseas civilians, not active-duty military, cast the majority of these ballots. After I alerted Michigan Republican Party officials to these specific vulnerabilities, the Michigan GOP and the Republican National Committee filed a joint lawsuit against Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson over the state’s UOCAVA practices and her allowing overseas voters to vote in Michigan elections with no ties to the state.
